I’ve done a lot of work testing out how to use this little guy and I can help you use it to the best of it’s ability.

If you haven’t already, you’ll want to run the setup wizard that is offered when the phone is first turned it. It is simple and easy to run and will help get you in synch with your email and the basic functions of your Blackberry.

One of the most unique features of the phone is the ability to run a wide array of applications. This is one of the most useful parts of the phone. Everything from business to fun applications are available at your fingertips. Figure out what types of things you’re going to need (i.e. personal organizational stuff, business tools or even games) and make a list.

Visit a website like Crackberry.com and browse the vast array of applications and information.
This website is so full of great stuff that if you ever need anything, your best bet may be crackberry.com. It breaks applications down by category and has useful insider information for all the Blackberry lovers out there.

Plug your Blackberry into your computer and run the install CD that came with it.
From there you can synch everything from email, contacts and music onto there…all from one program. It is extremely useful for those on the go!

Enjoy your Blackberry Storm and play around with it as much as you can. There are tons of little tricks that can make you more efficient in both your personal and business life.

Tips & Warnings

If you are desperate to save battery life, turn off your phones Bluetooth and internet connections. This takes up a lot of juice and is a waste if you are not using it.

Be careful about downloading too many applications. It can slow down the performance of your phone. Figure out which applications you really need and narrow it down to 10 at THE MOST.
